- Information needed to complete a vehicle hire, such as your driving licence details, proof of address and payment information.
- Basic technical information such as your IP address, which helps us protect the website from spam and abuse.

- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To arrange, manage and complete your vehicle hire.
- To meet our legal, insurance and accounting obligations.
- To keep our website secure.
We never sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages without your permission.

Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months. Hire records are kept for as long as required for legal, insurance and tax purposes (normally up to 6 years).

This website uses only a single essential session cookie to keep the enquiry form secure. It contains no personal information and is removed when you close your browser. The embedded Google Map on our contact page may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
